Anger is a natural response to the multitude of issues humanity faces daily. What will we do with this anger to help move us toward change? The snapback crown is a contemporary interpretation of the regal Black America’s Queen. She defies the conventional standards of what a “real woman” should be. Meanwhile, the Adinkra symbol, Nserewa, represents affluence and wealth. Generational wealth allows a certain freedom that many wish to obtain but the system constantly places obstacles in our path. Will we let this anger to consume us or will we use it to advocate for policy reforms, equality, and basic human rights for all?
