Meet Ki Nichole

Ki Nichole, owner of KNichole Designs LLC, is a skilled multi-media artist born and raised in Long Island, New York. Ki was introduced to her love of art in her first year of high school by way of graphic design. While diving into her artistry head first, Ki instantly declared her interest in a college major in Digital Art and Design and worked diligently towards creating an advanced placement portfolio. After high school, Ki attended and graduated from the C. W. Post Campus of Long Island University with a B.F.A in Digital Art and Design and shortly after received her M.S in Art Education.
Ki made a lifelong commitment to fulfilling her passion for all things art. She has an affinity for street art, pop surrealism, contemporary, and abstract expressionism art. When creating, Ki finds the most inspiration when utilizing her personal experiences and tapping into learning about herself as her own muse. She has been providing services to corporate companies, music producers, musicians, art enthusiasts, and educational sectors. Her artistry explores creativity that is not limited to logos, cover art, sculptures, and fine art compositions.
KNichole Designs LLC has participated in multiple New York exhibitions and is looking forward to expanding beyond her home state. As she continues to run this marathon of the Arts and Culture, she aspires to create art for seasoned deep thinkers, outliers, and young dreamers of our generation. Ki’s vision for art is to be the visual voice of the silent heart and the unspoken mind for everyone. As her passion and purpose consistently develop, she stands firm for everything that art stands for. Freedom of expression, visual creation, and imagination mean nothing if one keeps it bottled up within. Ki is destined to express her talents to the world by any means necessary.
Ki Nichole, Pointe Me Through
I have spent the last three years of my life stuck on the corner of “Creativity Block” and “Dead End.” I would ask myself, “How can something that once brought me so much peace, bring me so much frustration at the same time?” Then I realized that the frustration I was enduring was not because I refused to pick up a pencil or a paintbrush; it was the inability to creatively produce any thoughts on a canvas. A muse is what I needed to find, and it found me.
My muse for this collection, The Search Within, came into my life at a time when I was just existing in the creative world. My glass was filled with a lack of confidence and false senses of happiness, and garnished with a straw to suck out my motivation. Unbeknownst to my muse and initially myself, I needed them at this time of my life more than anything. My muse provided me with unconditional motivation, influence, positive energy, and undeniable support through and through. My muse became the secured bricks necessary to reignite my internal flame, which aided in the production of this collection on my search within.

Allow my work to serve as a self-portrait—not your typical visual representation of your physical attributes, but a true and candid depiction of your subconscious mind. May your own personal influences continue to create new narratives within my work with each glimpse.
