Kirby Mack Creative is the powerhouse that positions women founders and service-based entrepreneurs to elevate and exercise their authority in diverse fields. This designer’s seamless and elegant brand design work convincingly showcases her decade of experience in the industry.
Hello there, I’m Kirby and I’m here to free you from your boring brand.
With over a decade in design, I create stunning visual brands that speak before you say a word. I have been fortunate to pursue many creative paths of working in both a creative and corporate background providing branding, design, marketing and photography assets (even winning my company a 90M bid using my design skills) to industries from energy to entertainment and small businesses alike.
I have worked with and have had work featured in many places: ESSENCE Magazine, Oprah’s Book Club, Sam Fine Beauty, Reliant Energy, Mathew Knowles, Music World Entertainment and TARGET to name a few. I have most recently had the pleasure of guest lecturing at Howard University on the topic of branding.
From campus to career to community, I’ve been blessed to leverage my design expertise to get me in rooms and seated at tables I’ve never imagined. Today it’s a full circle moment of gratitude to be able to sow my skills into the businesses and lives of my clients so they can have the same experiences and beyond.
When not working you will find me somewhere obsessing over beauty products (and the packaging design of course!), traveling, enjoying various wild tea flavors, and keeping my thumb on the shuffle button to indie artists.
Holding Space - Non-Profit Organization
Holding Space, is a non profit organization in Sacramento that seeks to improve the mental health and emotional wellbeing of persons of African descent by providing a wide range of services that are holistic, culturally competent, trauma informed and strength based.
The mood for Holding Space was created to evoke acknowledgement of pain/trauma persons of African descent may have experienced; but even more so, a feeling of warmth, breath and light which one might receive as they heal, unfold and become liberated as their most fully expressed self. Every element was created as an ode to Holding Spaces’ commitment to helping others “come home to themselves”.
Natasha Benjamin - Social Media Strategist
Natasha Benjamin’s Brand helps to amplify the ventures of marginalized voices to skyrocket their impact and income through intensive social brand strategy so their communities can feel seen, heard and can connect.
For the brand design, we wanted to embody the vibrance and curiosity of the communities her brand serves. Keeping in line with the brand’s commitment to amplifying black and brown voices through top shelf social brand strategy, the visual brand reflects a blend of green hues, clean neutrals, with a pop of energetic orange as an accent.
